Aesthetica AI ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Aesthetica mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and handle your information when you use our App.

1. FACE DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

What Face Data We Collect:

• Facial photos that you voluntarily upload for analysis

• Extracted facial features including: face shape, symmetry measurements, jawline contours, eye positioning, skin texture, hair characteristics, and smile attributes

• Facial geometry data used for aesthetic scoring and recommendations

• No biometric identifiers or face recognition data for identity purposes

How We Use Face Data:

• Analyze facial aesthetics using our proprietary Aesthetica AI technology

• Generate personalized beauty and grooming recommendations

• Calculate aesthetic scores for different facial features

• Create improvement suggestions and lifestyle advice

• Store analysis results locally on your device for progress tracking

• Face data is NEVER used for identification, surveillance, or marketing purposes

Face Data Processing Location:

• Initial processing occurs on our secure cloud servers powered by Aesthetica AI

• Images are transmitted securely using encrypted connections

• Analysis results are returned to your device and stored locally

• Original images and extracted face data are immediately deleted from our servers after processing

• No face data is permanently stored on external servers

Third-Party Sharing of Face Data:

• We use Google's cloud infrastructure for AI processing (Google Cloud AI services)

• Images are processed through secure, encrypted API calls

• Google does not store, analyze, or use your images for their own purposes

• No face data is shared with any other third parties

• No face data is used for advertising or marketing purposes

Face Data Retention:

• Original uploaded images: Deleted from our servers immediately after analysis (within minutes)

• Extracted facial features: Deleted from our servers immediately after analysis

• Analysis results: Stored locally on your device until you delete them

• Server-side processing logs: Automatically deleted within 24 hours

• You can delete all local face data at any time through the app settings

Aesthetica is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information or face data from children under 13. If we discover such collection, we will delete the information immediately and notify parents if contact information is available.

Face data processing may occur on servers located in the United States and other countries where our AI service providers operate. All transfers are protected by:

• Face images uploaded for analysis: Deleted immediately after processing (within minutes)

• Support communications: Retained for reasonable business purposes (typically 2 years)

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

10. YOUR CONSENT

By using Aesthetica and uploading images for analysis, you consent to this Privacy Policy and our face data processing practices. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our App or upload any images.
