Welcome to Aesthetica! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aesthetica mobile application ("App") operated by Taser Developer ("we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Aesthetica, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Aesthetica is an AI-powered facial analysis application that provides:

• Facial symmetry and proportion analysis

• Personalized beauty recommendations

• Progress tracking with before/after comparisons

• Educational content about facial aesthetics

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

• You may use basic features without creating an account

• Premium features require a valid subscription

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store

• Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at purchase

• Auto-renewal can be managed in your Apple ID settings

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Aesthetica only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

• Upload inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Aesthetica and all related content are owned by Taser Developer

• You retain ownership of photos you upload

• Our AI analysis and recommendations are proprietary

• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works

6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

• All photo processing occurs on your device

• We do not store your photos on our servers

• Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information

• You control your data and can delete it at any time

7. AI ANALYSIS DISCLAIMER

• Our AI provides aesthetic analysis for informational purposes only

• Results are not medical advice or professional consultation

• Individual results may vary based on photo quality and lighting

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements

8. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal

• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

• We do not process payments directly

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the App "as is" without warranties

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscriptions

• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations

10. TERMINATION

• You may stop using the App at any time

• We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations

• Upon termination, these Terms remain in effect for applicable provisions

• Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy

11. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

• We may update these Terms periodically

• Significant changes will be communicated through the App

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Taser Developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
